Frequently Asked Questions

How do I book a Pilates class?

1. Open the app and log in to your account.

2. Tap Schedule.

3. Select the class you want to attend.

4. Tap Book to confirm your reservation.

How do I cancel or reschedule a class?

1. Go to My Bookings.

2. Select the class you wish to cancel.

3. Tap Cancel Booking or Reschedule.

Please cancel at least 24hours before class time.

How do I join an online class?

After booking a class:

1. Open My Bookings.

2. Tap the scheduled class.

3. Select Join Class at the scheduled time.

You may also receive a push notification reminder before the class begins.

How do I update my payment method?

1. Go to Profile / Account Settings.

2. Select Billing or Payment Methods.

3. Add or update your payment information.

I forgot my password

1. Tap Forgot Password on the login screen.

2. Enter your email address.

3. Follow the instructions sent to your email.

I’m not receiving notifications

Please check the following:

• Notifications are enabled in your phone settings

• The app is updated to the latest version

• Your account email is verified​

Technical Issues

 

If the app is not functioning properly, try these steps:

1. Close and reopen the app

2. Update the app to the latest version

3. Restart your device

4. Log out and log back into your account
